Pakistan’s promising start disappears
Pakistan opened with a 27-run partnership between Muneeba Ali and Shawaal Zulfiqar, who made 13 and 14 respectively. Shafali Verma ended the stand by bowling Muneeba.
Charani then dismissed Gull Feroza for a duck and Zulfiqar in the sixth over, leaving Pakistan 29 for three. The innings fell to 32 for four in the eighth over and 45 for seven by the 13th.
